We got a lot of stuff done this weekend and one of the big things on our list was CHICKENS. So here they are:- Pox
- Henrietta
- Quigley McDurf
- Clue
So what do I think about being a chicken owner…so far they are dumb and poop a lot!
These poor little babies are only 10 weeks old and still have some baby feathers so they won’t lay eggs until March or April and hopefully that make it through the winter. They can’t get too cold so they don’t venture out too much yet. To my surprise the cat doesn’t even care about them. We had her in the chicken run with the chicks and she just wanted to get out so that is good.

Yay! They are so cute! Henrietta is my favorite!!!! Good luck cleaning up all that chicken poo. Hopefully the EGGS will be worth it! BTW I love the new photo of you and jeff.. super cute!
We had to hatch eggs in my classroom a couple times. I say HAD to because I in NO way enjoyed it. Good luck Diane.
