Bank Failures

One of my new weekend things is to check the bank failures. Last week there were 2. That makes a total of 25 for this year. The thing that is making me so mad about all these failures is that it is not poor management or bad loans that are making the banks insolvent. It is just bad regulatory policy and lack of available funds.
