Recovery?

I just thought I would share why my job does not make me feel like the economy is in a recovery. I know the DOW is up but the dollar is down (big time) and if you work it all out we might was well still be in the same place we were last year.

So here is a cute little chart showing CMBS loans in special servicing. That means they are having a hard time making payments with the income from the property or any other number of bad things. Anyone want more commentary than the chart? Because you know I have it.
