My dad sent me this and said it would be good to post. It is a little dated but worth watching how incompetent these people are. The woman being interviewed is the Inspector General for the Federal Reserve. I think with a title like that maybe she would know something. At 3:00 they talk about the nine trillion dollars that is OFF BALANCE SHEET.
